The family plan
Your plan covers the two of you. The family plan adds up to 4 more people with their own phones: older kids, grandparents, a nanny or a carer. They help run the home without seeing the private bits. Kids' profiles you add yourself, for routines and the star chart, are free and never count. If you stop the family plan, nobody is removed. Add it from Add-ons → Add a family member.

Every household tool works with one adult: the shopping list, chores, meals, the family calendar, bills and kids' routines. +together is optional: choose “just me and the kids” when you set up, or hide it any time in Settings → You and your partner.

Good to know.
Do we both need to pay?
No. One subscription unlocks Fridge+ and +together for both of you.
How many people can join?
The main plan covers the two of you. The family plan (+$2.99 a month) adds up to 4 more people with their own phones: kids, grandparents or a nanny. Kids' profiles you add yourself, for routines and the star chart, are free and never count.
Can my household see +together?
Never. +together is only for the two partners. Household members see the home side: lists, tasks, calendar and album.
Is the spicy content optional?
Completely. It's off until you both choose a level, and you each pick your own. The app always uses the lower of the two, and either of you can turn it down any time.
Can the household see my pay?
No. Each adult's take-home pay is private to them. The household sees only the combined total in the budget. In a two-adult home that total lets each of you work out the other's figure, so leave yours out if you'd rather.
Where is our data kept?
As much as possible stays on your phones. Photos are saved on your devices, and the server keeps a copy for 30 days so others can save them. Calendar events from your phone are read on the phone and never uploaded. Read the privacy policy.
What if we unlink?
Unlinking needs both of you: one asks, the other confirms. If a request isn't answered, it completes after 7 days, and Need support offers a way to leave straight away.
Can I use it without a partner?
Yes. Fridge+ works for any household, including single parents. One plan covers you plus one more person with their own phone, and kids' profiles are free. You can hide +together, the couples’ space, in Settings → You and your partner.
